Vinification and aging

The work begins in the vineyard with a precise and meticulous selection of the plots most suited to producing this type of wine (90% of the final result comes from this precision work): the health status must be perfect, the foliage must be healthy, fresh and dense, the grapes must have an optimal level of maturity. Indeed, the harvest window is very short as the balance of acids/sugars and maturity of the tannins is essential for this category of wine. The red winemaking is very traditional, except that we do not use SO2 or any other oenological input. The grapes are destemmed and then the maceration phase lasts about 10 days during which we only work on the extraction by daily pumping over to promote the expression of the fruit. The pressing takes place by taking care to separate the presses, then the wines are racked in order to eliminate the coarsest lees before malolactic fermentation. Following this, the wines are racked again and then placed in the cold to guarantee their good stability in the vat.

Tasting note

The color of this wine is a very red deep. This Syrah offers notes of ripe fruit delicately liquorice. A round and generous wine.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:

Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.

What payment methods do you accept?

We also accept payment by check and bank transfer, however the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounting department.
