Description of the wine

Naturae is a range of wines without added sulfites and without additives, which allows everyone to enjoy wine. Each vintage, unique, expresses the character and taste of the fruit and the terroir. This organic wine is born from the know-how of Gérard Bertrand and his oenologists. The wines are cultivated according to the standards of organic farming, which requires great precision in the cultivation of the vine and the winemaking. Intense and fruity Naturae will give you a unique experience of the grape variety while respecting the environment.

Vinification and aging

The work begins in the vineyard with a precise and meticulous selection of the plots most suited to producing this type of wine (90% of the final result comes from this precision work): the health status must be perfect, the foliage must be healthy, fresh and dense, the grapes must have an optimal level of maturity. Indeed, the harvest window is very short as the acid/sugar balance and the maturity of the tannins are essential for this category of wine. The vinification is precise and very precise given the fact that we do not use sulfur or oenological inputs at any time during the vinification or bottling. Upon receipt, the grapes are immediately cooled to 8°C and pressed, taking care to remove the press juices. The juices are cold settled to promote natural clarification of the musts and elimination of oxidizable compounds by precipitation. Alcoholic fermentation is quickly launched at fermentation temperatures regulated between 17 and 18°C. At the end of fermentation, the wine is racked so as to keep some fine lees which will be the antioxidant base of the wines during their aging before bottling. The latter occurs quite early in the year to preserve the unique aromatic expression of this wine and to conserve all its qualities over time.

Tasting note

This vintage has a beautiful pink color. bright and reveals delicious aromas of red fruits, blackcurrant and redcurrant. The mouth opens with delicate notes floral, rose and grapefruit, with a fresh and delicious strawberry finish. This wine is very aromatic, with a lightness remarkable and presents a very nice balance.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:

Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
