So'Vive is a perfect accompaniment to fruity desserts, exotic salads or even slightly spicy dishes such as Asian cuisine. It can also be enjoyed alone as an aperitif, to fully enjoy its freshness and sweetness. Serve chilled, between 8 and 10°C, to fully appreciate its aromatic freshness.

The harvest is carried out at full maturity for each grape variety, in order to capture the optimal aromatic expression. After a gentle pressing, fermentation is partially stopped to maintain a balance between freshness and natural sweetness. No malolactic fermentation is carried out, which allows for a vibrant and refreshing acidity to be preserved.

Its color is clear with silver highlights. The nose is very expressive, dominated by aromas of exotic fruits, white peach, and orange blossom, typical of the Muscat. The Sauvignon brings touches of citrus and grapefruit. The palate is fresh and light, with a beautiful roundness due to the residual sugar. The fruity notes explode on the palate with a sweet and refreshing finish. The balance between acidity and sweetness offers a nice length.
