Note de dégustation
This vintage composed of Chardonnay, completed with Chenin and supported by an addition of Pinot Noir, has a pale gold color. They release delicate aromas and complexes of white flowers (jasmine, lily), yellow lemon peel, white pepper. On the palate, this crémant blossoms from the attack on frank notes of yellow peach in syrup, and grilled almond. The lively attack quickly gives way to the breadth of toasted and brioche notes
