Château l'Hospitalet, a mecca of Mediterranean art de vivre, celebrates culture, gastronomy and art in all its forms. The spirit of this unique place, nestled between land and sea, inspired us to create an iconic vintage dedicated to Art.

This first "Art Collection" vintage is signed by Robert Combas, an artist immersed in the Mediterranean since his youth, embodying Free Figuration.

Robert Combas loves all colors, he harmonizes the most vivid contrasts. In his painting the figure is formed from the colors placed on the support. It is synesthesia.

Robert Combas at the Château l'Hospitalet

At Château l'Hospitalet, on the occasion of an exceptional exhibition in 2022, the dynamic of Robert Combas was revealed day and night, in painting, sculpture, music and video with his group 'Les sans pattes', in sound and light on the walls of the estate.

The meeting of an artist and a terroir

Château l'Hospitalet Grand Vin Art Collection 2020 comes from a blend of old Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre vines located on the Clape massif, made up of hard limestone.

This vintage is a selection of exceptional plots within Château l'Hospitalet. This terroir dedicated to the celebration of the eternal Mediterranean inspired the artist Robert Combas. This Limited Edition symbolizes Dionysian culture.

The very first box at auction

During the Som Art' evening on the occasion of the inauguration of the exhibition of the 80th anniversary of the Little Prince at the Antoine de Saint Exupéry Foundation, the first case of Château l'Hospitalet Grand Vin 'Art collection' sold at auction for €10,000: a very fine first recognition for this vintage.
