Description of the wine

Heresy is the expression of a cuvée from Corbières which symbolizes and transcends the history of the knights of the South of France.

To be enjoyed at 11°C as an aperitif or with fish, meats in sauce and fresh cheeses.

Vinification and aging

The harvest date is only triggered, grape variety by grape variety, when the grapes are at optimum maturity and after daily tasting of the berries. The grapes harvested by hand are subject to pneumatic pressing with separation of the presses upon their arrival at the cellar.

After a light static settling, the juice undergoes alcoholic fermentation in barrels. Temperature control helps preserve the freshness and integrity of the aromas. Aging in barrels lasts between 7 and 8 months until the spring equinox with regular stirring for two months. After a light fining, the wine is bottled.

Tasting note

The dress is a golden yellow color, bright and quite sustained. Very expressive on the nose and with a depth sublime, aromas of dried apricot, grilled almond, very floral scent of hawthorn and broom Full and creamy in the mouth, round, very velvety and brioche. Tense and very fresh finish

What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:

Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
