Let’s celebrate International Pinot Noir Day together!
Pinot Noir, one of the most popular grape varieties in the world, and it is no wonder because in its soul hides aromas of red fruits, flowers and spices that are accentuated by a long and elegant finish when
the respectful winemaker reveals his true nature.
Gérard Bertrand looked to the skies and found the oldest Pinot Noirs of Occitania in the Haute Vallée de l'Aude overlooking the village of Roquetaillade and scanning the horizon like Cathar citadels.
On a high-altitude terroir where the freshness of the climate gives wings to the wines, the Domaine de l'Aigle Pinot Noir 2017 cuvée is revealed; tender, fruity and finely spicy & L'Aigle Royal Pinot Noir 2017 ; captivating, pure and seductive.
These two vintages have been cultivated biodynamically since 2014.
Ideally served at 12-14°C with grilled red meats, roast poultry, grilled or sauced fish and mature cheeses.
