The grapes are harvested manually, destemmed and vatted in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation takes place under the control of temperatures to extract maximum fruit from the skins. During the maceration phase, pumping over is carried out regularly in order to extract aromas, tannins and color. After malolactic fermentation, part of the wine is aged in 225-litre Bordeaux barrels for about 8 months, bringing melted tannins, the other part is put in stainless steel tank to bring aromatic complexity to the blend. After a light collage, this wine is bottled.

The dress is a deep red with slight reflections. violets. On the nose, the fruity notes of blackcurrant and wild strawberries combine with aromatic range complex of mushroom, undergrowth and spices soft. The attack in the mouth is supple and aromatic, in harmony with the notes revealed in the nose. Round in the mouth, its smooth and elegant structure, with tannins present but well coated, a sign a perfectly controlled vinification, and ends with a very delicious chocolatey finish.
