The harvest is manual with sorting carried out at the plot level and in the cellar. The grapes are destemmed and then vatted to be vinified in traditional maceration. Each plot as well as each grape varieties are vinified separately. The wine is then aged in barrels of French oak for 12 months. At each stage of breeding until bottling, a special attention is paid to respecting the rhythms of the biodynamics.

Ruby, blackcurrant and black fruits with a hint of chocolate and mocha. Quite concentrated with Powerful, well-integrated tannins. Beautiful freshness the end. Tasty, complex with notes very well integrated barrel aging, concentrated and long.

Keep away from sunlight and at a constant temperature

To be consumed at 16°C with meats grilled or in sauce, it also goes well perfectly with the regional specialty: the cassoulet.
