This Cote des Roses vintage celebrates the Mediterranean Art of Living. The soil, very varied, is mainly made up of hard limestone from the scrubland, schist soils but also gravel brought by the rivers and streams of Languedoc. The climate, hot and windy ("semi-arid Mediterranean climate with mild winter variation") favors the maturation of the grapes and their good health, while maintaining freshness thanks to the altitude and the effect of the sea, which mitigates the high summer temperatures. Its bottle is unique with a rose-shaped base, created by a young designer from the Boulle School. It is a wine that is offered like a bouquet of Roses!

Vinification et élevage
The grapes are harvested at the end of September when they are perfectly ripe. The yield is controlled to obtain a beautiful concentration and elegant tannins. The berries are separated from the stalks by destemming before being put into vats. for a maceration of 10 to 15 days. The gentle extraction of polyphenols is carried out by punching down and pumping over. following a daily tasting. The aging is done partially in 225-liter barrels for a few months to bring aromatic complexity while respecting fruit and elegance of this grape variety.

This 100% Pinot Noir comes from high-altitude vineyards the freshest in the region. It offers notes of fruit fresh: morello cherry, wild raspberry and spices. Pinot Noir is delicate and demanding, it is capable of produce red wines of great finesse. It produces rather round and fruity wines, to be drunk on the youth. In the mouth it offers a velvety texture with a beautiful amplitude, silky tannins and a finish elegant and balanced.
