Vinified separately and in the traditional way with vatting 10 days, the Syrah brings the aromas of black fruits and spices, Mourvèdre with licorice notes. The Grenache is completely destemmed and macerated for more 5 days low temperature allows the fruit to be expressed. This is what grape variety which gives roundness and elegance to the blend.

The dress is a deep purple red. The nose is beautifully complex, with notes of red fruits and spices. The palate is powerful, balanced with a great freshness and velvety tannins.
