Heritage: When wine and its terroir tell a story

Héritage : Quand le vin et son terroir racontent une histoire

Terroirs are living encyclopedias of the history of a region. Languedoc-Roussillon, with its rich and varied history, offers each of its wines its own characteristics. Gérard Bertrand wanted to create a collection bringing together one vintage per terroir, in order to reveal to us the memory of the Languedoc region.

Heritage “An 1189” Pic Saint Loup 2018

Considered the “Sainte-Victoire” of Languedoc, Pic Saint-Loup is a legendary mountain and terroir. This sculptural and majestic natural area located near Montpellier is home to one of the most famous vineyards in the Occitanie region and offers fine and elegant wines.

Heritage “An 560” Tautavel 2018

Located at the foot of the Pyrenees, amidst steep cliffs, Tautavel is a historic site where our ancestors already lived more than 650,000 years ago. Sheltered by a natural amphitheater of clay-limestone and schist, this vineyard produces a fleshy and distinguished wine expressing the raw strength of Languedoc-Roussillon.

Heritage “An 1618” Picpoul de Pinet 2019

Benefiting from the marine influences of the Mediterranean, the Picpoul de Pinet vineyard is recognized as one of the most renowned in Languedoc. Located on the coast of the Gulf of Lion, this limestone terroir offers a fresh and dry wine that goes particularly well with seafood.
